*IN ORDER TO OBTAIN A LAND USE PERMIT YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A SITE PLAN WITH WHAT YOU ARE PROPOSING. THE SITE PLAN MUST INCLUDE: SIZE (DIMENSIONS) OF NEW CONSTRUCTION, LINEAR FEET (IF ADDING A FENCE) AND WHAT YOU HAVE FOR SETBACKS OFF OF ALL LOT LINES. PERMIT FEE SCHEDULE IS LINKED BELOW.
